This is one of those concepts that are easy to know but hard to practice. I loved this article and will think more about this in the coming days. Thank you.

A big shift towards a bit more 'growth' orientation in myself happened after learning a fun fact from Malcolm Gladwell's book 'Outliers'. That the success in math among school kids is predicted not by innate abilities but how much effort/time you put in to just try another time to understand something. Of course, it will be faster for some than others, but that's besides the point. This simple realisation has had a great impact.
